Life happens. You can reschedule with 24 hours’ notice using your scheduling link. We’ll find a time that works for both of us.

Not at all. You just need to be feeling stuck, uncertain, or ready for a shift. This space supports you whether you’re navigating a big transition or simply wanting to trust yourself more.

 

When does my 1:1 coaching experience begin?

As soon as you enroll, you’ll schedule a quick logistics call.
During that call, we’ll choose your weekly session day/time and officially kick off your 8-week journey.

 

Will I get personal support between sessions?

Yes. You’ll have access to me via email or text for support and questions between sessions. I respond within 24–48 hours (excluding holidays).

 

Is this just more content I won’t finish?

Nope. The Confidence Shift is designed for integration, not overwhelm.
You’ll get short, focused weekly teaching videos + practical tools you can use right away.

 

How much time will this take each week?

Plan for about 60–90 minutes total:
• your weekly 30-minute coaching session
• a short teaching video
• optional reflection time
And you can always adjust based on your energy and schedule.
